We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our product team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaboration with key stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements, identify root causes and propose effective solutions

• Accurate transfer of business needs to the development team in the form of clear technical tasks

• Creation and maintenance of documentation(requirements specifications, user manual, feature descriptions, etc.)

• Providing a transparent and convenient structure for maintaining documentation in Confluence

• Tasks refinement and review with key technical specialists to identify any incomprehensible and controversial points, update as a result of the discussion with the team

• Interaction with QAs while preparing the test cases and testing the product

• Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of ​​responsibility

• Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company

What You Bring

• Over 2 years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a changing environment

• Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and managing both functional and non-functional requirements

• Strong knowledge of software architecture and APIs

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations

• Solid understanding of the SDLC and the role of a BA throughout all phases

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
