We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to lead our efforts to ensure regulatory compliance and manage compliance risk within our organization. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our company’s operations and develop robust compliance frameworks that align with industry standards and best practices. You will collaborate closely with various teams to implement effective compliance programs, conduct regular audits, and provide guidance on regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, ensuring that our business practices uphold the highest ethical standards.
Job requirements
About you:
At least 3 years in a compliance-related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of gambling products
Regulatory Compliance experience with various European jurisdictions from a B2B provider perspective
Deep understanding of best practices for compliance of RNG-driven and Live Casino games
Strong knowledge of certification lifecycle, experience working with different laboratories (QUINEL, GLI, BMM, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker, and collaborative team player
Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert, as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports, and manage expectations
Commercial mindset and business acumen
Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
Possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
Fluency in English, verbal and written
What goals will you have?
Coordinate, process, and monitor license obligations for established and newly regulated igaming markets
Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with regulatory authorities for approvals and to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements for its jurisdictions
Work closely and collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally and externally in the regulatory landscape
Assist in the analysis of igaming regulatory compliance standards in existing and newly regulated markets
Own and execute the company’s certification roadmap
Stay up to date with regulatory developments and best practices in compliance control within and outside of the company
Identify, document, and increase efficiencies of business processes to align with compliance requirements and comply with regulations in relevant jurisdictions
Develop project plans, reports, and schedules for relevant stakeholders and teams to manage expectations and to ensure work is delivered within scope, on time, and within budget
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required
