We are looking for a Financial Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations. You will work closely with HR and Operations to ensure accurate payroll, reporting, and financial processes.

Job requirements

About you:

  • Relevant working experience in finance or accounting – no less than 1 year

  • Confident knowledge in Accounting and Financial reporting

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel / MS Office

  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level, both spoken and written

  • Ability to learn quickly and work within deadlines in a challenging environment

  • Confidentiality and attention to detail in handling sensitive financial information


Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of 1C accounting


What goals will you have?:

  • Close cooperation with Operations and HR departments to ensure accurate payroll

calculation and reporting; consulting colleagues on various payroll-related questions

  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, maintaining of accounting records of salary, employee-related costs and other expenses

  • Monitoring of cash balances and payment schedules, initiation of wire payments

  • Support during the audits and liaising with external service providers across different jurisdictions

  • Assistance with revenue-related activities, including calculations, issuing sales invoices and supporting revenue reconciliations

  • Assistance with ad-hoc finance duties as required
