We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our team in Bratislava.

This role is a great fit for someone in the early stages of their HR career who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and wants to develop skills in HR operations, employee support, and process management.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in HR, administration, or a related field.

  • Intermediate+ English (both verbal and written).

  • Strong listening and communication skills.

  • Basic problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.

  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset.

  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

  • Interest in onboarding, employee support, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing employee documentation.

  • Support employment lifecycle processes.

  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee adaptation activities.

  • Help administer company benefits programs.

  • Organize and support corporate events, language clubs, and business trips.

  • Provide timely and friendly HR support to employees.

  • Assist with employee surveys and internal communications.
