We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead 2D Animator to drive our slot games' animation vision and development. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our creative culture and lead the animation process, ensuring that our games feature captivating visuals and engaging themes. As the Lead Animator, you will collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and developers to create stunning artwork that enhances the player experience.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of leading experience

• 6+ years of experience working as an animator

• Knowledge of the corresponding software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Spine, etc.)

• Edit and create assets to supply animation needs

• Handle all aspects of the animation production pipeline, from concept to final implementation

• Experience in creating visual effects and animations

• An understanding of basic vector math and art fundamentals (lighting, composition, proportion, color theory, etc.)

• Attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different art styles

• Understanding of game development pipelines and asset integration

• Passion, desire to learn and develop

• A creative and collaborative spirit

• Ability to accept feedback and adapt to it

• Experience with casino games

• Strong knowledge of animation principles

• Understanding of different animation styles

• Experience in game animation

• Production & Pipeline Knowledge

• Ability to give and adapt feedback

• Upper-intermediate level of English
  

Will be a huge plus:

• 3D knowledge

• Experience using additional plugins for Adobe After Effects, such as Trapcode and Boris FX Suite

• Lead a team of animators

• Work with Illustrators and Art Directors to create and animate environments, and FX in different styles

• Export and optimize animations to create game-ready assets

• Using optimization techniques to meet memory limitations

• Work with programmers to achieve the best possible animations within the technology we use
