We are currently seeking an HR Specialist capable of building strong relationships with employees and conducting effective one-to-one meetings. Join our wonderful team!

 Important for Us:

• Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an IT company in a similar position (HR courses are a plus). We value your experience in personnel management and understanding of the specifics of the IT industry.
• English Proficiency: Your English level should be Upper-Intermediate to ensure effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• Active Listening Skills: We will pay special attention to your active listening skills, which enable effective communication with staff and meet their needs and wishes.
• Communication and Presentation Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and conduct presentations is essential for ensuring quality one-to-one meetings with employees.
• Knowledge and Understanding of HR Processes: We value your knowledge and understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, development, evaluation, and employee rewards.
• Experience in Creating Internal Communications: Your experience in creating internal communications, such as writing greetings, updates, and announcements for the team, is important.
• Multitasking Skills: We appreciate your ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Organizational and Planning Skills: We will pay attention to your ability to organize your work, plan tasks, and manage time effectively to achieve goals.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in Core HR Processes: Involvement in onboarding new employees, organizing training, and evaluating staff performance to ensure efficiency and proper implementation.
• Conducting One-to-One Meetings: Holding individual meetings with employees to ensure effective communication, identify needs and issues, provide support, and resolve conflicts.
• Managing Internal Communications: Creating and maintaining effective communication channels within the company, writing greetings, updates, and announcements for the team to ensure open and transparent information exchange.
• Organizing Online Team Events: Planning and organizing virtual events, such as remote training, video conferences, and virtual team meetings, to support team collaboration and employee development.
• Conducting Surveys, Data Collection, and Analysis: Conducting surveys among staff to gather data and feedback, analyzing survey results to identify trends and improve HR processes.
