The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) plays a crucial role in positioning, launching, and driving demand for the company’s products. This role bridges game development, brand marketing, and sales, ensuring that each game is strategically introduced, promoted, and continuously optimized for success.

Job requirements

About you:
• Email marketing expertise — experience with campaign management tools like Mailchimp or similar.
• Presentation & pitch deck creation — the ability to collaborate with designers to craft engaging materials.
• Marketing analytics proficiency — familiarity with Google Analytics, BI tools, and campaign tracking platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities Area:
1. Product Positioning & Messaging
• Develop clear and compelling product messaging that highlights each game’s unique value proposition.
• Define target audience segments to tailor messaging for different partners and markets.
• Ensure consistent product positioning across all marketing and sales channels.

2. Product Launch & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new game releases.
• Work closely with the Brand Manager, Game Development, and Sales teams to align launch strategies.
• Develop a timeline and campaign roadmap to maximize visibility and impact.

3. Content & Sales Enablement
• Create product descriptions, presentations, and promotional materials for B2B partners.
• Develop game marketing kits, including screenshots, trailers, key selling points, and feature highlights.
• Collaborate with designers to create pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate product value.
• Equip the sales team with compelling materials to support negotiations and product adoption.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify trends, player preferences, and competitor positioning.
• Analyze competitor products and define differentiation strategies.
• Monitor player behavior and industry shifts to adapt product messaging and promotional strategies.

5. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns focused on driving product visibility and engagement.
• Strong understanding of email marketing with experience in launching campaigns (preferably in Mailchimp or similar platforms).
• Collaborate with the brand manager on social media and with the sales team on email marketing initiatives.
• Engage with product placement partners to ensure effective promotion and strategic alignments.
• Track and measure the success of product marketing efforts, refining strategies based on performance data and feedback.
• Work with analytics tools to track key marketing metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.

6. Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement
• Gather feedback from partners and customers to refine game features and future launches.
• Act as the bridge between product teams and the market, ensuring a feedback loop for product innovation.
