We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Krakow and ensure the seamless operation of our systems and equipment. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our engineering processes and take the lead in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be crucial in supporting our operational goals and enhancing overall productivity.

— Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance during gaming operations
— Respond promptly to any technical issues that may arise during shifts
— Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
— Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
— Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately

Required skills:
— At first, we are looking for a responsible person
— Education in the Engineering field
— Excellent knowledge of PC
— Basic knowledge of photo/video equipment
— Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level or higher

Will be a plus:
— Knowledge of Ukrainian language
— Programming basic skills
— Experience in cabling
— Previous experience in live stage art or iGaming field

You will do:
— Work on shifts (12 hours days/nights)
— Control the studio-room process
— Troubleshooting
— Create crash-reports
— Provide installation
— Cabling
— Soldering and other necessary studio work
— Participate in the unloading and loading of necessary equipment as required
